The first person every walk-in meets. Answer the phone, book assessments, and make sure nobody leaves the office more confused than when they arrived.

What you will be doing
- Greet walk-ins, understand what they need and route them to the right counsellor
- Handle phone and social enquiries, and book free assessment appointments
- Register students for test-preparation batches and collect documents
- Keep the enquiry log and appointment calendar accurate every day
What we are looking for
- +2 completed; a bachelor's degree or ongoing study is a plus
- Warm on the phone and unflustered on a busy counter
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and a CRM after a week of training
- Freshers are welcome — we train the rest

Paid on time, every month
Salaries land on the last working day, festival bonus at Dashain, and a performance review every six months with the raise attached.

PIER and ICEF certification is sponsored, and our own IELTS, PTE and TOPIK classes are free for staff and their immediate family.
Familiarisation trips
Counsellors travel to partner campuses in Australia, Korea and the UK. You advise better on a country once you have walked it.
Cover for the real things
Medical insurance, provident fund, and leave that you are actually expected to take. Saturdays are closed and stay closed.
