Do you charge for counselling?

No. Profile assessment, country selection and counselling are free, and they stay free whether or not you eventually apply through us. You only pay for test preparation classes and the standard institutional or embassy fees, all of which are shown to you in writing before anything is collected.

What IELTS score do I actually need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the country and level. Most Australian and New Zealand undergraduate programs accept 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5. Canada's SDS stream wants 6.0 in every band. UK master's programs usually ask for 6.5. We will tell you the exact target for your shortlist rather than a general number.

Can I apply with a low GPA or a study gap?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. A study gap needs a documented explanation — work experience, family circumstances or further study all count. A low GPA can be offset by a strong English score, relevant work experience or a foundation pathway. Bring your documents in and we will tell you honestly where you stand.

How long does the whole process take?

Accepted Answer

Plan for six to nine months from first meeting to departure. Test preparation takes four to twelve weeks, offer letters come back in one to four weeks from partner institutions, and visa processing ranges from three weeks to four months depending on the country.

What happens if my visa is refused?

Accepted Answer

We review the refusal letter with you line by line, identify what the officer actually objected to, and either reapply with a corrected file or redirect you to a country where your profile is stronger. There is no additional service charge for a reapplication we handle.

Do you help after I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Airport pickup and first-week accommodation are arranged before you fly. After that, our alumni network and — for Korea — our Seoul office handle bank accounts, part-time work questions and the problems nobody warns you about.

Can my spouse or family come with me?

Accepted Answer

For most master's and doctoral programs in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, a dependant visa is possible, and in several cases your partner receives open work rights. Rules change frequently, so we confirm the current position for your specific course before you commit.
